I am a marketer of more than 20 years, and as the owner of the brand agency OVERW8, I know how important quality is in all we do. I wanted to make absolutely sure, This is not just any AI build-in, but something I really want to use in-house in our agency as well as wholeheartedly can recommend to anyone who works with an eye on quality vs. Efficency.
So we went ahead and shaped it very much along the 20 years + of experience I have in briefing copywriters. Where I have learned that a good vs. a mediocre briefing makes all the difference.
Not all caption writing tools are created equal: We go for GPT’s 4.0 Model + a really good briefing layer on top.
Not everyone knows how to or has the time. We’ll make sure you get good structure for it and ‘translate’ it into something GPT understands and is able to create really good results.

We currently estimate that the way Mägic Ed is set up with the special briefing layer and our marketing expert enhanced prompts under the hood you will probablysave at leat 30% on standard captions. Of each 10 hours of work on creating captions and finding the right pictures in the respective tools, you can cut out about 3hrs now. Not 50 but 35 hours. Not 20 PM, but 5PM.
It willl deliver a solid caption suggestion that fits the channel, your wished for tonality and even suggest fitting pictures if you want to use them.
Play with it to determine which tonality settings work best for your brand. Once defined, reuse them. For each brand you can easily adjust.
Use different tonalities for the different brands you might manage, do not get stuck in just one tonality.
Experiment with another language where you have a rough idea but do not feel too solid yet.
This tool is great for anything pretty ‘normal’. It will not create ‘Genius’ level.
Do not rely on sources too much. Lots of data esp. around digital marketing stats is not wrong per se but might simply be too old to be valid. For example user data from 2021 ref. Crypto will not be relevant anymore.
Do not rely too much on style and grammar quality in other languages. It might be a great time saver to create a similar post in another language, but - always in intercultural marketing - we recommend having a native speaker cross check the created result.
Still, it works best if you know what you want. It is easiest to know what you want if you have your brand guidelines, values, tonality clarified and also know what you want to post about why when for whom. We recommend doing that concept work before. However, now you should have the time for it. Excuses begone!

Yes, they are. You can use them for free as long as you credit the source (it will automatically be added to the caption once you choose a picture).
Simply adapt the briefin and generate it again.
We get why you would like to use it a LOT! At the same time, no, we always set up pricing in a way we feel we would percieve as fair, too. If you consider the time it saves you or your team, it vold cost much more, but it luckily it doesn’t.
That could make sense of ourse. If you’re interested in that we would definitely look into maybe prioritizing it.
