Is there a free trial?

For all of our packages, the first 14 days will be for free. During that time you can use and test-drive this amazing agile social media management tool as much as you want.

You can cancel anytime (yes, there is an obvious button for it, no need to search for it 😉), no questions asked (though it would be great to have some feedback if you like to).

After that the 14 days of free trial, your account will be charged with whatever package is active.

Do clients I invite add to the user count?

No, they don’t, they are seen and counted as guests and are therefore for free.

How many channels can we connect per client space?

As many as you want. 

Is that agile release process really that easy?

Yes, definitely. For you, it will mean that once you or your team have completed a draft, you can mark it up in the ‘list view’ and with one mouse click send it to the release board. Your client can then (on their own time) review and either drag and drop to the ‘released’ column or in a WhatsApp style commenting window add comments / ask for edits. On all other views (calendar, list… ) the status is clearly visible. Like this you have a solid documentation of released posts and only those can be autopublished. Reduces risk for all sides, again saves time – and works like a breeze!

How many calendars can one set up within the packages?

For all packages available you can set up as many calendars as you want and how you want it. 💡 Some people use it per brand and channel, some just per brand or person posted for, some use it per brand/language. There is no fixed connection between calendars and channels, you chose it for each posts as you see fit. Plus: We have built in a pretty clever post variation mapping functionality. Like this you can have the English version of a post go to one calendar and the other variation (for example: German) go another.

How does Ägile Ässets enable the massive time savings?

As you know this tool was created based on real life use cases by brand agency OVERW8. We basically tried to get all out of the way vs. build in everything that enabled us to be quicker, be able to adapt on the go.

Like this you will find (for example, and know that we’re always on the hunt for the next tweak ;)):

  • Add emojis to captions on the go
  • Get hashtag suggestions per country (for Instagram)
  • Use bulk upload functionalities on different levels: for uploading layout posts / storylines of post drafts, for downloading/uploading language versions as well as bulk import directly from Canva
  • Remix and repurpose your content assets
  • Enjoy the automated mapping of post variations to different calendars (if you have an English and German version of a post and have set up calendars for each language, ÄÄ will map the German version parallel to the English one in that calendar). Amazing for international brands.
  • Map out a story first, then commit to posting later / short term so you can always stay current while prepared (those: “something came up, we need to adapt the schedule” hickups? No problem at all. :))
What if... we grow fast - or business is slow?

Well, when we say ‘agile’, we mean it.

We know that the agency business can sometimes be quite the rollercoaster. So, you can easily switch to a bigger or smaller package, add client spaces, or book fewer of them. If needed, you can even set the whole account on ‘dormant’ for a while so you can keep your setups and assets (a small fee will apply).

But overall, we hope to see you and your business grow. You will probably already have done the math: Yes, the tool will pretty quickly pay itself back with your client business, and the per-space value/price relation increases with higher usage volume.

So go ahead: Be successful with your social media practice and enjoy the execution, too!

Hehe, we can tell how that can happen! Do you feel, and have you done the math on how much time and money that again saved you?

So, yes, of course, you can have more of that goodness. Simply book an add-on package here in the shop, and the new tokens will be added to your account.

What if at some point we or a clients wants to export all their assets?

So, one of the charms of Ägile Ässets is that it also serves as a content bank, meaning that your / your client’s assets are safely stored on AWS servers. We ourselves hated being locked into using a special tool and wanted to stay independent. If you use Ägile Ässets, this also accounts now for you.

You can select and download posts from the calendar or view them as CSV anytime.

Or: If you should need a complete export, a small fee might apply – depending on the size and complexity of the data. But overall: Your assets, forever. Even and especially should you want to leave. 😉 

Help! We got luxury problems with too much work coming in - can you help with that?
